I bought these MP3 file and the moment to open do not work come out a message saying file has expired. Shawana was kind to send me a new one but still same situation. I was kind enough to ask for her help and no answer after that email. It’s been couple weeks. I work for customer service too. And I know that some people is too much but seriously no help that’s no nice
